Who We Are

We are a family of 3 so excited to share this adventure with you!  After some difficult years of loss, we started to think about life a bit differently. Knowing time is precious, we were craving a lifestyle with less stress and more fun but unsure of the best way to make that happen.  

Our daughter often heard stories of the business we ran before having her or listened to us brainstorm new ideas. We talked about owning a food truck one day.  I'd browse through for sale ads but we couldn't settle on a plan.  Our daughter started to question if we were ever going to make it happen.  

One day, I stumbled across an ad that immediately caught my attention.  It was a food cart that had been used to showcase my favourite treat, popcorn! This was it, the thing for us! I told my husband we needed to learn more right away.  I didn't waste any time responding to the ad.  To my surprise, the seller was a familiar face I had known for years. It felt like it was meant to be.

We bought it on a leap of faith that things would work out.  We wanted to show our daughter that it is possible to make dreams a reality and sometimes you need to jump in with both feet.  It is really important that we work together as a family and use this opportunity as a learning tool as well as establish a better sense of community.  We can't wait to get started with Kelly's Kravings, our food stand.
